摘要
根据我国水产品的安全现状,分析我国水产品供应链优化的必要性。以水产加工品为研究对象,基于HACCP原则分析了水产加工品供应链上各环节的关键危害点及应记录的控制内容,提出建立可追溯机制是优化我国水产品供应链的有效方法。
Based on the status quo of Chinese aquatic product security, the cause for the need of Chinese aquatic product supply chain＇s optimization was analyzed. Taking aquatic processing product as example, on principle of HACCP, all key point and record necessary content in aquatic processing product supply chain were analyzed and the idea to establish trace system was raised which would be an effective way to optimize the aquatic product supply chain in China.
