Research Progress of the Digital Brain Atlas Based on Human Brain Specimen

摘要 脑图谱一直以来都是研究脑部结构和功能的重要手段,可以帮助人们认识脑内各结构的位置以及相互间的毗邻关系,特别是不能直视到的脑深部结构。基于人脑标本的数字化脑图谱是其它各种脑图谱的参考标准。近年来各种基于人脑标本数字化脑图谱的开发已成为国内外科学家研究的热点。就基于人脑标本的数字化脑图谱发展历史和研究进展做一综述。 Brain atlas always play an important role in studying the structure and function of human brain, which can help us learn the location and adjacent relation of brain, especially the deep structures that we can' t see. The digital brain atlas, based on human brain specimen, is the reference standard for the other atlases. In recent years, the development of them have become an important domain at home and abroad. This paper review the history and development of digital human brain atlas.
