数字化人体大脑坐标系的建立及三维测量 被引量:7

摘要 目的构建临床常用的大脑三维空间坐标系,并对人体大脑各结构进行空间定位和三维测量。方法采用低温冷冻铣切技术采集人体大脑的横断层图像,用课题组自行开发的软件,在分割、重建后的三维模型上,建立三维空间坐标系,进行人脑各结构在空间中的准确定位和三维测量。结果建立了以前后连合间线的中点为原点的大脑三维空间坐标系,并对原始数据进行重新采样,生成了与新坐标系相匹配的人体大脑数据集,并测量了大脑主要结构的大小及空间坐标。结论在计算机上寻找坐标原点,构建新的坐标系,为大脑坐标系构建提供了一种新的方法和研究手段。所获得的数字化可视人体大脑主要结构的体积等测量数据真实可靠,为构建大脑解剖模型积累了定量资料。 Objective To establish three-dimensional coordinate system of cerebrum and measure the main structure of cerebrum in 3D. Methods Visible human technique was used to collect transverse image of human cerebrum. On segmentation and three-dimensional model of cerebrum, the tridimensional coordinate system was established and the main structures of cerebrum were measured and localized by using the software exploited by our research group. Results The tridimensional coordinate system was established on the midpoint of intercomissural distance. The original data was resampled to aquire the human cerebrum dataset matched with the new coordinate system. The volume and space coordinate of cerebral cortex, white matter, basal nuclei, lateral venticle and hippocampus were measured. And the localization of the main structures of cerebrum in 3D space was obtained. Conclusion It is a new approach to look for zero in building the cerebral coordinate system and establish the new coordinate system on computer. The volume data of the main structure of cerebrum is real and exact, and contributes to the quantitative data accumulation of the cerebral anatomic model.
