摘要
当前,以创业为核心的高校创业教育极具现实意义,由于政策推动下的外在性教育活动及实体性创业的教育目标导致高校创业教育陷入"外烁"困境。霍兰德创业型人格理论着眼于"内生",有利于创业教育当前困境的突破。该理论从职业心理学视角探讨了创业型人格内涵构成及影响因素、创业型人格特征、创业型职业环境特征及创业型人格评定等。启示高校创业教育应从夯实高校创业教育理论基础、落实创业教育目标、塑造创业教育环境及开展创业素质拓展活动等方面实现高校创业教育的"内生"。
Now the enterprise education in higher school has realistic meaning,but it is in the Shining externally predicament because of the entity-enterprising aim and external education activity under the enterprising policy.Holland's enterprising personality holds Forming Internally and is conductive to the break-through of shining externally predicament.Holland's enterprising personality expounds the connotation and factors of development of personality,the characteristic of enterprising personality,the characteristic of enterprising career and the assessment of enterprising personality.It inspires the enterprise education in higher school to form internally in the respects of the theory,aim,and environment,and activity.
