依托咪酯和异丙酚对兔脊髓损伤后炎性介质的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究依托咪酯和异丙酚对兔脊髓损伤后炎性介质的影响。方法 36只兔随机分成异丙酚和依托咪酯组,麻醉前和脊髓损伤模型建立后4h采血测定血清IL-8I、L-6、NO和NOS值。结果异丙酚组和依托咪酯组相比,NO、NOS均明显降低(P<0.01),而IL-8I、L-6值均显著升高(P<0.01)。结论脊髓急性损伤早期,临床常用剂量依托咪酯比异丙酚能显著抑制脊髓损伤后炎性介质水平。 Objective To study the effect of etomidate or propofol on inflammation mediators after injury of spinal in rabbits. Methods Thirty-six rabbits were randomly divided into two groups; the propofol group (group A, n= 18) and the etomidate group (group B, n= 18). Collected venous blood of pre-anesthesia (TO), and 4 hours (T4) after models of spinal cord injury established respectively, and the content of serum NO, NOS, IL-8 and IL-6 were detected. Results Group A compared with group B, serum IL-8 and IL-6 were increased, NO and NOS decreased significantly in the rabbits of two groups (P〈 0.01). Conclusion In the rabbits after injury of spinal at early stage, therapeutic dose of etomidate can significantly inhibit the content of inflammation mediators than propofoh
