基于简化模型的汽车防撞梁仿真优化研究 被引量:4

摘要 按照我国侧面碰撞法规针对某国产车型建立整车侧面碰撞有限元模型,在此基础上建立相对应的车门简化模型,将原车门内U型防撞梁替换成M型高强钢防撞梁,利用简化模型计算效率高的特点,研究了M型防撞梁截面形状尺寸及材料属性对车门内板的侵入速度和侵入距离的影响。通过仿真计算,验证了优化后的防撞梁在车门内板侵入速度、侵入距离和防撞梁重量分别降低了4%、2%和25%,提高了车门的侧面耐撞性和乘员的安全性能。为今后汽车侧门防撞梁的耐撞性分析提供了可借鉴的方法。 A finite element simulation model is established which is following the national legislations of Automotive Side Collision.The key objective of the model corresponds to a complete car unity by using a certain domestic vehicle.On the basis,the simplified model of door impact beam uses the M-collision strong steel beam instead of the traditional U-collision beam.According to the features of high efficiency of the simplified models,we analyzed different impacts of shape and size of the material properties to the inner door panels of the invasion of speed and distance.By stimulating calculation,the simplified model has certified that the invasive speed has been reduced 4%,the invasive distance of the car door inner panel has been decreased 2% and the weight of the door impact beam has been decreased 25% as well by changing the door crash beam position;furthermore,the simplified model has also improved the higher profile to hit and security of the crew.Therefore,the paper has also provided a referential experience for future studies of side door impact beam.
