摘要
服务外包是当前以跨国公司为主体的国际服务业转移的新形式,服务外包的产生对接包国经济和社会都产生了深远的影响。服务外包就业效应模型可以分析承接跨国公司服务外包对我国就业的影响。结果表明承接跨国公司服务外包不仅扩大了我国服务业就业数量,而且对国民经济其他部门的就业也具有带动作用;服务外包对我国就业结构的改善有很强的促进作用;服务外包提高了生产服务部门的劳动生产效率,从而提高整个服务行业的劳动生产效率。
Service outsoureing as a new business module is outstanding in international service - base industry as the primary participants of multinational enterprises (MNCs) frequently use, which much positively influence on both of economy and society in contractor countries. This essay will analyze on the impacts of MNCs' service outsoureing business on China' s employment through building up a Service Outsoureing - Employment effects model. As a result, the essay will present the service outsoureing not only enlarged the number of employment in China' s services - hase industry, but also is boosting the employment increasing in the other sectors of national economies. Furthermore, service outsoureing accelerates China' s employment structure innovation and upgrade and improves the efficiency in service - base sector and even the whole tertiary industry.
