摘要
目的观察钙离子拮抗剂非洛地平的药理作用及治疗肾性高血压临床效果。方法选取148例肾性高血压患者均采用口服非洛地平片,2.5mg/次,2次/d,疗程为2个月。治疗后观察患者的血压、血、尿蛋白(β2-MG)、肾功能(BUN、Scr、UA、Ccr、24h尿蛋白定量)、不良反应及服药情况等。结果 148例患者在经过非洛地平治疗后收缩压、舒张压、血肌酐、尿素氮、肌酐清除率、血尿酸、24h尿蛋白定量比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非洛地平对治疗肾性高血压有良好的效果。
Objective To observe the calcium antagonist felodipine pharmacological effects and clinical effects of treating hypertension. Method Select 148 cases of renal hypertension patients with oral felodipine tablet, 2.5mg/times, 2 times a day regimen for 2 months. Observed after treatment of blood pressure, blood, urine protein （β2-MG）, renal function （BUN, Scr, UA, Ccr, 24-hour urine protein）, side effects and medication compliance. Results 148 patients after felodipine treatment systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, creatinine clearance, uric acid, 24-hour urinary protein was significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Felodipine on renal hypertension was good results.
