摘要
高等教育大众化背景下普通高等学校的成人学历教育存在诸多问题,从教育管理层面看,国家对普通高等学校成人学历教育的人才培养目标不明确,办学形式有待整合,对成人学历教育的质量监控有待加强,教学改革落后,教学质量得不到保证。根据成人学历教育不断变化的形势,应明确普通高等学校成人学历教育的人才培养目标,加强各种办学形式的整合;加强监管,不断完善教学质量监控体系建设;深化教育教学改革,切实保证教育质量;加强高等学校管理队伍建设,不断提高管理水平。
In the background of popularity of higher education,there also exist a lot of challenges in adult education management of universities：State education authorities don＇t offer an obvious standard on students＇ cultivation;all kinds of adult education need to be integrated in forms;the education reform doesn＇t keep the same pace with its development.Therefore,the authors propose that state education authorities should emphasize the aim of adult education;strengthen the integration of educational forms;guarantee the quality monitor system;deepen the education reform and improve the management level.
