摘要
土地资源是城乡发展的物质前提和物质载体.为了解决城市人多地少的矛盾,土地集约应运而生,在整理文献的基础上探讨了土地集约利用的概念与内涵,从国内外学者的研究中发现土地集约利用中存在的一些问题并提出土地集约实现途径,借此为城镇土地利用、规划提供参考依据.
The land resource is the material premise and carrier of urban and rural development. To resolve the contradiction of more people and less land in city, the land intensive use comes into being at the moment. This paper has analysized the land intensive use concept and the connotation based on literature, and some problems are discovered about the land consolidation use from scholars at home and abroad. Also some methods are proposed. This research will provide the reference for the urban land utilization and planning.
