摘要
目的：探讨睾丸良性肿瘤保留睾丸治疗的可行性及预后。方法：回顾性分析12例行保留睾丸手术治疗的睾丸良性肿瘤患者临床资料。结果：12例患者中8例为表皮样囊肿,3例为间质细胞瘤,1例为支持细胞瘤,1例双侧畸胎瘤。术后10例获得3个月~3年随访,均未见复发或转移。结论：病史和超声检查对于术前诊断睾丸良性肿瘤有重要意义,保留睾丸手术治疗睾丸良性肿瘤安全有效,预后较好。
Objective To study the prognosis and feasibility of testis-sparing treatment for benign testicular tumors.Methods The data of 12 cases of benign testicular tumors who received testis-sparing surgery were analyzed retrospectively.Results In 12 cases,8 cases were epidermoid cysts,3 cases were interstitial cell tumor,1 case was sustentacular cell tumor and 1 case was bilateral teratoma.All were followed up from 3 months to 3 years and no relapse occurred.Conclusion The patient history and ultrasonography are important to the diagnosis of benign testicular tumor before surgery.Testis-sparing surgery for benign testicular tumors is safe and the prognosis is good.
