摘要
文章围绕消费者购买行为特征,分析了消费者购买行为影响因素、产品或服务的类型、渠道的服务水平及网络信息的发展四个关键因素对消费者购买渠道选择的影响,并提出相应的建议。
The paper analyzes the four factors,such as the factors affecting consumer shopping behavior,the type of product or service,the service level of channel and the development of web information,which affecting the channel choice of the consumer shopping.Then proposes some suggestions on those factors.
