摘要 本文对合成的一种水溶性抗磨剂LR-2进行了润滑性能评定和抗磨作用机理研究.四球机试验结果表明,该剂在自来水中的浓度达1.0m%时,即显示出较好的润滑性能,当达到3.0m%时,P_B值即达696N;结果还表明,在一定的浓度范围内,P_B值随浓度的增大而增大.通过对四球机试验后钢球磨斑的扫描电镜分析,发现磨斑上的碳元素含量较高,认为是抗磨剂的碳元素在表面上沉积,形成了金属的含碳化合物反应膜,从而增强了表面的抗磨性能. The lubricity and anti - wear mechanism of a synthetic water - soluble agent were described in this paper. A solution with a concentration of 3.0m% of the agent showed an excellent lubricity on the four- ball machine, the maximum non- seizure load reached to 696N. The content of carbon element on the wear scare of the balls was much higher than any other element by the analysis of a scanning electron microscope. The anti - wear action mechanism was proposed thereto.It was suggested that the additive might deposited carbon on metal surfaces and fomed an anti - wear film consisted of carbide compounds.
