摘要
本文提出的水溶性润滑添加剂的分子设计观点是:如果在一个分子中同时具有亲水性、吸附性、反应活性等几类官能团及长碳链烃基,则可能兼具油性剂和极压剂的功能,且能溶于水,成为性能优良的水溶性润滑添加剂。依此观点,根据四球机测试的实验数据,对几类物质的润滑性进行了讨论。
The viewpoint of the molecular design for water soluble lubricant additives,which proposed in this paper,is that if there are a hydrophilic group,an adsor-bable group,a reactive group and long carbochain in one molecular,it may have the functions of both oilness agent and extreme pressure agent and be water soluble at same time,hence become a good water soluble lubricant additive.In accordance with this viewpoint, the ludricity of several kinds of lubricant additives using the dates of four-ball tests is discussed.
