摘要
苏州工业园区的发展速度堪称国内一流,其城市规划建设管理信息技术的应用发挥了重要作用。本文介绍了该园区信息化进程中的制度创新和技术创新,包括:业务流程和基础数据、信息管理的技术平台、网络体系结构、数据标准、数据质量、数据精简和跨部门共享、资金的合理实用、系统建设策略等等。
The development of Suzhou Industry Park is very fast in China,through this process,the informational technology in urban planning management plays an important role.The article introduces the institutional and technical innovations in its informationization,including working flow,foundational data,technical platform of information management,network structure,data standard,data quality,data simplify,data share between departments,allocation of funds,strategies of system construction,and so on.This experiences are worthy of referencing and imitating.
