摘要
采用硅酸钠为硅源,氯化铵为沉淀剂制备纳米二氧化硅。研究了硅酸钠的浓度、乙醇与水的体积比以及pH值对纳米二氧化硅粉末比表面积的影响,并用红外、X射线衍射和透射电镜对二氧化硅粉末进行了表征。研究结果表明在硅酸钠浓度为0.4mol/L,乙醇与水体积比为1∶8,pH值为8.5时可制备出粒径为5~8nm分散性好的无定形态纳米二氧化硅。
Sodium silicane and ammonium chloride were used to prepare nanometer SiO2.The effects of concentration of sodium silicane,volume ratio of ethanol to water and pH value on specific surface area of SiO2 powder were investigated.The nanometer SiO2 was characterized by FT-IR,XRD and TEM.The results indicated that the optimum conditions of synthesizing nanometer SiO2 were as follows:the concentration of sodium silicane was 0.4 mol/L,volume ratio of ethanol to water was 1∶8,pH value was 8.5.The amorphous nanometer SiO2 is well dispersed and the average size is about 5-8 nm in that condition.
