摘要
QAR设备虽已在民航界广泛应用,但目前对QAR数据的应用有限,浪费了大量数据信息。对此,提出通过采用多种监控逻辑并存的方法,建立监控体系,解决QAR数据的监控问题。3种监控逻辑被用于该体系:双发差异监控,EHM方法数据监控,数据极限监控。这些逻辑各有利弊,互为补充。通过对实际发动机QAR数据的监控测试,证明运用该方法所建立QAR数据监控体系的可行性和有效性,一定程度上解决了QAR数据监控问题。
Although QAR (quich access recorder) device has been widely equipped in civil aviation, applications based on QAR data are still limited so that large mount of information is wasted. The method is presented that a monitoring system comprised by several monitoring principles can be used to solve this problem. Three monitoring principles, dual-engine difference monitoring, data-monitoring with EHM processing and limitation monitoring, are involved in this system. These principles have their own merits and flaws and could compensate one another. The feasibility and validity of this monitoring system are identified according to the test based on real aero-engine QAR data and QAR data monitoring is partially solved.
