摘要
目的观察昆明小鼠感染曼氏裂头蚴后组织中裂头蚴的寄生情况及血清中IgG抗体含量的动态变化,以了解昆明小鼠用于曼氏裂头蚴感染模型建立的价值。方法从黑斑蛙体内检获曼氏裂头蚴,口服法5条/只感染昆明小鼠,于感染后第2~10周分批处死小鼠,进行大体观察,并用间接ELISA法检测血清中特异性IgG抗体的水平。结果小鼠感染裂头蚴后,多组织器官有裂头蚴寄生,其中以皮下肌肉处多见。裂头蚴寄生处组织有弥漫性淤血斑点或囊包块形成。实验小鼠血清中特异性IgG抗体于感染后第2周检出,第2~8周呈上升趋势,第8周达峰值,后逐渐下降。结论昆明小鼠感染曼氏裂头蚴后组织中可检出裂头蚴和特异性抗体,用于建立曼氏裂头蚴感染模型,成功率高、造模简单、经济适用。
Objective To understand the value of Kunming mouse model infected with plerocercoids.Methods The mice were infected orally with plerocercoids collected from Rana nigromaculatus(5 strips/mouse).Two-ten weeks later,the mice were sacrificed for istopathological observation.In addition,the level of IgG antibody was detected by ELISA.Results Plerocercoids were found in the skin,muscle,liver,lung cavity and other places of the mice,and among them,subcutaneous tissue and muscle were the most hackneyed places.The levels of specific IgG increased constantly from 2 to 8 weeks and reached to a peak at week 8,and then came down gradually.Conclusion The Kunming mouse model infected with plerocercoids is constructed successfully,and it is an effective,simple and economical animal model in the study on sparganosis mansoni.
