摘要
四棱豆素有"金色豆子"的美誉,富含多种人体必需营养素,是集食、药、饲、肥多功能于一体的豆科植物。本文就国内外对四棱豆中营养成分、生物活性成分及抗营养因子的相关研究与利用进行简要综述。
Winged bean which named ＂Golden bean＂ is abundants in a variety of essential nutrients, It is a multi- purpose legume as food, herbs, feed and fertilizer. Research progress in winged bean at home and abroad was introduced in this review including nutrients, bio-active ingredients and antinutritional factors in winged bean,future prospection in this field were also suggested.
