摘要
目的研究了四棱豆总黄酮的提取工艺和含量。方法采用正交实验分析和分光光度法。结果四棱豆总黄酮的最佳提取工艺是水浴温度为85℃,提取时间为6 h,提取剂乙醇浓度为80%,并且该提取方法稳定性好,精密度和回收率高;以芦丁为对照品,测得四棱豆根、茎、叶、花、果实、种子和整株的总黄酮含量分别为0.73%,0.93%,2.30%,3.96%,2.88%,3.12%和2.44%。结论该研究为四棱豆的综合开发利用提供了科学依据,具有重要的理论和实践指导意义。
Objective To study the extraction technology and the content of the flavonoid in winged bean. Methods The flavonoid content in winged bean was studied by ultraviolet-visible speetrophotometry and the orthogonal experiments. Results The analytical result showed that the optimum extracting conditions were: extracting temperature 85℃, extracting time 6h, extraction reagent 80% alcohol. And the stability of the method was very good,meanwhile the precision and the rate of recovery were high. With rutin as standard material, we drew a conclusion that the total contents of flavonoids in the tuberous roots , stems,leaves, flowers , tender pods,seeds and the whole plant of winged bean were 0.73% ,0.93% ,2.30% ,3.96% ,2.88% ,3.12% and 2.44% , respectively. Conclusion The study provides a scientific basis for the development of winged bean, and has important guiding significance in both theory and practice.
