摘要
[目的]本研究旨在综合开发利用废弃蛋壳资源,并以其为原料制备具有高附加值的补钙制剂——柠檬酸-苹果酸复合钙,以期为复合钙制剂的工业化生产开拓新的研究思路。[方法]以复合酸钙离子得率为研究对象,采用微波关键技术,并借助响应面优化设计,优化获得最佳提取工艺参数。[结果]蛋壳粉与混合酸添加比例为0·4∶1·0(m/v)、柠檬酸-苹果酸混合比例为1∶1(v/v)、蛋壳粉与水添加比例为1∶60、微波功率400W、微波时间12min的工艺条件下,测得钙离子的得率为94·65%,所得回归方程模型为:Y=-170·09-0·57X1+36·99X2+542·33X3-0·001X1X2+0·03X1X3+109·99X2X3+0·0008X21-3·91X22-1780·06X23(式中:X1为微波功率、X2为微波时间、X3为混合酸添加量)。
[Objective] The aim was to develop and utilize the egg shell resources,which was taken as a raw material for the citric acid-malic acid calcium,so that we could expand new research methods for the preparation of calcium compound. [Method] The experiment took the degree of calcium ion yield as the object,employed the microwave technique,and discussed the mixed acid addition,the liquid-solid ratio,the microwave power,and the microwave time to the effect of calcium ion yield by response surface experiment,and obtained the best technological parameters. [Result] Under the best technological condition:the mixed acid proportion:0.4∶1,the mixed acid addition:1∶1,the liquid-solid ratio 60∶1,the microwave power 400W,and the microwave time 12min,the calcium ion yield achieved 94.56%,and obtained the regression equations:Y=-170.09-0.57X1+36.99X2+542.33X3-0.001X1X2+0.03X1X3+109.99X2X3+0.0008X^21-3.91X^22-1780.06X^23.
