摘要
特色文化建设是新建地方本科院校的必然选择。面对同构性与多样性并存、低层次性与可塑性并存、人文性与功利性并存的特色文化建设,新建地方本科院校只有以服务地方为依托,确立办学理念特色;以人才培养为着力点,打造学科专业特色;以校训为切入点,营造校园文化特色等等,才能更好的生存和发展。
It is a must for the newly-organized local university to construct characteristic culture.In face of the conflicts between isomorphism and diversity,frangibility and plasticity,humanism and utility,a newly-organized local university has to establish the school features on the basis of serving the local place,in order to survive and develop better.It should give priority to cultivating talents and creating features in its majors.Besides,it should try to construct typical campus culture under the guidance of school motto.
