摘要
特色是当代高校办学的必然选择,对特色化的极度体认正是高校办学特色的时代内涵。构成高校办学特色的要素主要是学科特色、大学文化及大学精神特色、人才培养特色。创建高校办学特色必须遵循如下六条原则:长远规划原则、优先转化潜在优势原则、继承与创新相结合的原则、校长发挥主导作用的原则、制度化持续化原则、与时俱进的原则。
The characteristics of higher education institutions mainly refer to those in their subject? college culture?college spirits and talent training. In order to create the characteristics, we have to observe the six principles.
