摘要
利用CATIA软件实现了减速器输出轴的设计和有限元分析.首先,利用零件设计模块设计出减速器输出轴的三维模型;然后,采用CATIA的有限元分析模块对其进行有限元分析;最后,根据分析结果,为设计人员提供了依据,提高了减速器输出轴设计效率.
This paper accomplished the design and finite element analysis （FEA） of the output axle of speed reducer in CATIA system.First,designed the three-dimensional model of speed reducer in part design module of CATIA;then executed finite element analysis on it in FEA module of CATIA;and at last presented its analysis results,which provide the basis for the designer and increase the design efficiency of the output axle of speed reducer.
