摘要
为提高飞机装配效率,设计了一种用于飞机大部段对接的数控定位器。介绍了这一数控定位器的结构。通过有限元分析,确认这一数控定位器在350kg和2000kg两种工况下具有足够的强度和刚度,可使飞机大部段的支撑和运动得到保障。通过试验,验证了这一数控定位器误差较小,具有较高的制造精度,其结构不会因加载载荷而产生不可逆的塑性变形。
In order to improve the efficiency of aircraft assembly, a CNC positioner for docking of large aircraft segments was designed. The structure of this CNC positioner was introduced. Through finite element analysis, it is confirmed that this CNC positioner has sufficient strength and rigidity under the conditions of 350 kg and 2 000 kg, which can ensure the support and movement of large aircraft segments. It is verified by experiments that this CNC positioner has small error and high manufacturing accuracy, and its structure does not cause irreversible plastic deformation due to application of load.
