摘要
金融发展对于经济增长促进作用的发挥需要具备一定的条件或者需要跨越门槛。就长三角而言,虽然区域金融功能得到了较好的发挥,金融已成为经济增长的重要助推器,但是长三角金融发展对于经济增长的作用发挥只是跨过了"第一道门槛"。长三角目前的金融市场化水平及区域金融合作等发展还存在较大差距,在一定程度上阻碍着金融发展对于经济增长的进一步促进,即尚存在有待跨越的"第二道门槛"。"门槛"问题的研究对于推进长三角金融合作,充分发挥区域内金融中心的辐射作用与金融功能作用,加强长三角的联动发展意义重大。
The financial development will promote the economic growth steadily and continuously,provided that some necessary qualifications are required or some thresholds shall be crossed.In terms of Yangtze River Delta,although regional financial function has been brought into effect,that is,finance has been the assistor of economic growth.However,regarding the contribution to economic growth of financial development,we just have gone through the first threshold up to now.At present,there is a great difference between the current Financial Marketization Degree and regional financial cooperation in Yantze River Delta,which hinders the further contribution to a certain extent.That is the actually second threshold we need to be crossed by now.Therefore,for promoting the financial cooperation in Yangtze Delta,bringing the radiation function of financial center into full play,and strengthening the integrated development of Yangtze delta,it is of great significance to pay much more attention to the threshold analysis.
