摘要
目的研究储存期对毛橘红黄酮类物质含量的影响,为毛橘红有效储存期的确立提供依据。方法取毛橘红样品3批,在室温条件下贮藏放置,分别于第0、1、2、3、6、9、12个月时取样,用紫外分光光度法测定其总黄酮的含量,高效液相色谱法测定其柚皮苷和野漆树苷的含量。将各时期相关数据进行比较分析,得出毛橘红黄酮类物质在12个月内的含量变化规律。结果毛橘红总黄酮、柚皮苷和野漆树苷含量在12个月内基本稳定。结论毛橘红的储存期暂定为1年。
Objective To study on the flavonoids content in Citri Grandis of different storage to establish the effective storage period for Citri Grandis.Methods The contents of total flavonoids in three batches of Citri Grandis placed for 12 months under room temperature in the beginning point、1 st、2 nd、3 rd、6 th、9 th、12 th month were determined by ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy,and the contents of naringin and rhoifolin were determined by HPLC.Results The contents of total flavonoids,naringin and rhoifolin of Citri Grandis are steady in one year.Conclusion The storage period of Citri Grandis is tentatively set for one year.
