摘要
指出发展低碳经济、推动CO2气体减排是应对气候变暖的主要途径;作为工业领域最大的碳排放部门,电力行业在发展低碳经济的背景下,将面临多方面的挑战与风险;各类低碳要素的引入将为发电企业和电网企业在生产、运营与发展等方面带来新问题与新任务。从宏观层面入手,描述了低碳经济模式下电力行业将面临的关键性变革;深入分析了发电企业与电网企业在低碳经济中将面临的风险与挑战。在此基础上,结合发电企业与电网企业各部门的职能范围和特点,提出了相应的应对策略。
With the global climate change presenting critical challenges to the human society, the essential approach to tackle the challenges is to promote a low-carbon economy and facilitate mitigation of CO2 emission. As the largest industrial sector in terms of carbon emissions, the power sector will face huge risks and challenges in the context of a low-carbon economy, since the introduction of various low-carbon factors will pose new problems and new tasks to power generation and transmission companies in their operation and development. Therefore, from a macro point of view, we try to delineate in this paper the key changes that the power sector will be faced with and analyze challenges to be cont^onted by the power sector in a low-carbon economy. Based upon the analysis, we put forward some corresponding countermeasures in the light of the functionality and characteristics of each department within power generation and transmission companies.
