摘要
硝酸异山梨酯脉冲控释塞囊由速释微丸和脉冲控释微丸两部分组成。本文主要探讨了其中脉冲控释微丸的制备及影响因素。
Isosorbide dinitrate (1) pusatile controlled release (PCR) capsules were composed of rapid release and PCR pellets.A method of preparing 1 PCR pellets was described and the factors which influence the pulsatile release were discussed.
