摘要
目的为达到给药后可迅速起效同时能较长时间起效的速缓兼并的目的,制备了盐酸普罗帕酮速缓双层微丸。方法采用薄膜包衣法制备双层微丸的缓释内核,采用液相层积和粉末层积两种方法制备双层微丸的速释外层,并对2种双层微丸制备工艺及质量进行了评价。结果制备的2种双层微丸均可满足速缓兼并的释放目的。结论以包衣微丸为缓释内核并层积速释外层的方式可用于制备速缓双相释药系统。
Objective Propafenone hydrochloride bilayer pellets were prepared, which can provide biphasic release including immediate-release and sustained-release. Method The core pellets were prepared by coating technique and the outer layer was prepared by solution layering and powder layering method, respectively. The quality of the pellets prepared by the two methods was evaluated. Results The bilayer pellets prepared by both methods could meet the requirements of immediate-release and sustained-release preparations. Conclusion The pellets composed of sustained-release cores by coating and immediate-release layer by layering could be used as a drug delivery system to achieve biphasic release.
