摘要
文中主要从教务员的自我职业知识和群体共享职业知识两方面阐述了教务员应具备的总体知识;从准确定位、安心本职,增强意识、主动服务,统筹管理、提高效率,沟通协调、精诚团结,豁达开朗、身心和谐和反思总结、循求规律六大方面来提示教务员应具备的工作素质。从而为高校教务人员在教务管理工作中达到一个更新更高的层次提供理论基础。
This thesis mainly analyzes the requirements on an academic dean in the respects of individual vocational knowledge and collectively owned (shared) vocational knowledge. Suggestions to improve their job competency are made to the academic deans in six aspects,namely:precise understanding of and total devotion to ones own position,enhancing the awareness of serving,improving efficiency through overall management,strengthening teamwork trough communication and cooperation,be open-minded and healthy physically and psychologically,accumulating experience and knowledge through reflections. Hopefully these suggestions nay serve as the theoretical foundation for high school academic deans to achieve a new high level in their academic management.
