摘要
介绍了采煤机摆线齿轮-销轨式行走机构的摆线轮齿廓曲线的计算方法,根据计算出来的齿廓曲线,利用Pro/E的From Equation命令进行摆线行走轮的实体建模,并将建好的模型导入有限元软件ANSYS中进行受力分析。为采煤机行走机构摆线轮的设计研究,提供理论依据。
The calculation of cycloid tooth curve of cycloid gear - pin-rail haulage mechanism of shearer is described. And according to the calculated tooth curve, Pro / E's From Equation command is used to build the cycloid gear's solid model, then model is imported into the finite element software ANSYS for mechanical analysis. A theoretical basis for design study for cycloid gear of haulage mechanism of shearer was provided.
