摘要
本文从国内二线城市的会展教育、行业对人才的需求以及学生对行业的认知三方面展开探讨,分析目前国内二线城市的会展专业人才教育与培养存在的问题。未来二线城市会展专业人才培养应结合区域产业优势,找准定位,同时加强与全国和区域行业协会的联系,走校企开放、联合办学的特色之路。
This paper analyzes problems of exhibition professional education and training in the current domestic second-line cities,from following aspects,domestic second city exhibition professional,demand of industry to talents,acknowledge of students to this industry.The talent training should be combined with regional industrial advantage,find right position,strengthen association with national and regional industry,collaborate with enterprises to run the school with characteristics.
