摘要
文章采用查阅资料、实地调研等方法,依据当前武汉会展业市场需求与人才培养的现状,以武汉某高职院校为例,阐述了高职院校会展教育存在的主要问题,并针对性地提出:会展学界与会展业界形成良好的互动,创新人才培养模式;建立"以学为中心"的教育理念,建设多元的师资队伍;建立会展产学研结合的生态链;会展专业要找准切入点,突出特色等相关对策,旨在推动高职会展教育高质量发展。
Based on the current market demand of Wuhan exhibition industry and the present situation of talent training,this paper expounds the main problems of exhibition education in higher vocational colleges in Wuhan,and puts forward the following strategies:to form good interaction between colleges and exhibition industry and innovate the talent training mode;to establish the educational concept of"learning-oriented"and a pluralistic teaching staff;to establish the ecological chain of combination of production,study and research;to find the right entry point and highlight the characteristics of exhibition specialty in order to promote the high quality development of exhibition education.
