摘要
采用称重法探讨了几种处理条件下千年桐种子吸水规律,表明千年桐种子吸水量随着温度的升高而增加。在室温、35℃、45℃水温下,种子饱和吸水量分别为27.80%,34.84%,48.51%,在60℃下饱和吸水量为48.51%。剥去外种皮饱和吸水量为36.34%,60℃时处理相比剥去种皮饱和吸水量高12.23个百分点,60℃水温浸泡处理是种子育苗较合适的前处理方式。
The article mainly researches discipline of Aleurites montana Lour seed absorption water under processing by weighing method. It is indicated that with temperature increased, the absorption water of the Aleurites montana Lour seed is increasing. The saturated water absorption of seeds are 27.80, 34.84, percent at room temperature, 35℃, 45℃ and the water absorption saturated at 60℃ is 48.51 percent saturated water absorption capacity of stripped testa seeds is 36.34 percent. The water absorption capacity of seeds under 60℃ situation is higher 12.23 points than stripped testa. The 60℃ treatment is more appropri-ate method before seed seedling--raising.
