摘要
大位移井技术是一项实施难度极高的钻井技术,其技术难点涉及到井眼净化、井壁稳定、润滑与减摩等几方面的问题,其中每一个问题都与钻井液技术密切相关,但仅仅依靠提高钻井液技术又无法解决相关问题。通过收集和分析国内外大量水平井和部分典型大位移井的施工资料,介绍了大位移井的施工技术现状,指出了国内外相关领域的技术差别,并就常见问题的解决对策及其实用性进行了归纳总结,并提出大位移井钻井所遇到的绝大部分技术问题实际上都可以归结到摩擦领域,对中国发展真正意义上的大位移井技术具有一定的借鉴意义。
The technology of Extended Reach Well is a difficult drilling technology which is related to drilling fluid technology,such as hole cleaning,hole stabilization,lubrication and friction reduction,but we can't solve the whole problems through improving the technology of drilling fluid only.We collected a large number of data of horizontal wells and some typical Extended Reach Wells,Based on this,the Status of Extended Reach Well was analyzed in detail,and the solution to the common problems and its availability were summarized.In the end,we considered that the vast majority of difficulty in Extended Reach Well are friction,which are reference for developing our technology of Extended Reach Well.
