徐深7-平1井钻井设计优化与施工

Drilling design optimization and operation of well Xushen 7-Ping 1

摘要 针对大庆深层气藏埋藏深、岩性复杂、可钻性差的地质特点,结合水平井的施工难点,开展了徐深7-平1井的钻井技术研究。通过对油藏开发方案的分析,在目的层部署了3个目标靶点,水平段长度在1200m以上,并综合考虑剖面类型、井眼曲率、靶前距及钻柱受力等因素,优化了井眼轨道模型、钻头型号、井身结构和钻具组合。现场应用表明,徐深7-平1井与邻井对比,机械钻速提高112%,单尺钻头进尺提高61%,施工效果明显提高。该井的顺利施工是大庆深层气藏钻井施工又一里程碑工程,同时也为类同井的施工提供了借鉴。 The deep gas reservoirs in Daqing have such geological characteristics as deep burial,complex lithology and poor drillability,etc.In combination with the operation difficulties of horizontal wells,study on the drilling technology of well Xushen 7-Ping 1 was carried out.Through the analysis of oil reservoir development plan,three target points were deployed in the target stratum.The length of horizontal section is more than 1200 m.The well borehole trajectory model,bit type,wellbore structure and drilling rig combination were optimized after considering various factors such as profile type,wellbore curvature,target front distance and the force on drill string comprehensively.Field application shows that the rig speed is increased by 112%and the footage of single-foot bit is increased by 61%in well Xushen 7-Ping 1 compared with the adjacent wells,so the operation effect has been improved obviously.The successful rig job of the well is another milestone in drilling operation of deep gas reservoirs in Daqing,which provides a reference for the similar well operation.
