摘要 [目的]探讨超声波辅助提取红枣核中总黄酮的最佳工艺条件。[方法]以总黄酮提取量为考察指标,对影响总黄酮提取的因素进行研究并通过正交试验确定最佳提取工艺条件。[结果]红枣核中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:以60%乙醇为溶剂,料液比(ml∶g)为1∶10,超声功率为90W,在70℃下提取50min;在此条件下,总黄酮含量可达7.22mg/g。[结论]该工艺设计合理,操作简单可行,为红枣核的综合利用提供了一条可行途径。 [Objective] The research aimed to study the optimum extraction technique of total flavonoids from Jujube core by ultrasonic wave.[Method] Taking the content of total flavonoids as the observation index,the conditions for the extraction by ultrasonic wave were studied and the optimum extraction process was obtained by orthogonal experiment.[Result]The optimum extracting conditions were showed as following:solid to liquid ratio of 1∶10,at 70 ℃,ultrasonic power 90 W,for 50 min with 60% ethanol;under these conditions,the total content of flavonoids was 7.22 mg/g.[Conclusion] The procedure was convenient,appropriate and feasible,it provided a feasible way for the comprehensive utilization of the Jujube core.
