摘要
以天然矿物透锂长石为主要原料,添加适量高岭土、石英等原料,采用普通陶瓷工艺,通过调节透锂长石的不同含量,研究其对透锂长石质低膨胀陶瓷性能的影响。测试材料的热膨胀系数,结果表明,透锂长石含量为30wt%时,材料的热膨胀系数为4.42×10-6/℃,随着透锂长石含量的逐渐增加,材料的热膨胀系数逐渐降低,当透锂长石含量增加到80wt%时,材料的热膨胀系数为0.30×10-6/℃,接近透锂长石晶体的热膨胀系数。
The low thermal expansion coefficient petalite ceramic material was prepared using natural mineral petalite,Hualin kaolin and Pingxiang quartz as raw materials by ordinary ceramic preparation method,the effect of the content of petalite on the thermal expansion coefficient of ceramic materials was investigated.The results indicate that the thermal expansion coefficient attains to 4.42×10^-6/℃ when the content of petalite is 30wt%,with the content of petalite increase,the thermal expansion coefficient of materials decreases.The thermal expansion coefficient is 0.30×10^-6/℃ when the content of petalite is 80wt%,which closes to the thermal expansion coefficient of the petalite crystal.
