摘要
现有的蜂窝陶瓷颗粒过滤器的微孔直径大小基本一致,难以满足废气中不同粒径的颗粒污染物的过滤需求,颗粒过滤器过滤效果较差,针对上述状况,文章提出一种多孔径蜂窝陶瓷颗粒过滤器及其制备方法。该多孔径蜂窝陶瓷颗粒过滤器由三节不同孔径的颗粒过滤器组成,三节不同孔径的颗粒过滤器的微孔直径依次减小,使多孔径蜂窝陶瓷颗粒过滤器能够依次过滤汽车尾气中的不同粒径的颗粒污染物,从而保证将小颗粒物过滤的前提下微孔不会被堵塞。该多孔径蜂窝陶瓷颗粒过滤器的过滤效果更好,清理周期更长,使用寿命更长。
In view of the fact that the micropore diameter of the existing honeycomb ceramic particle filter is basically the same,which is difficult to match with the size of different pollutant particles in the automobile exhaust gas,so that the filter in actual use will lead to poor filtering effect due to the too large or too small micropore diameter.This paper proposes a honeycomb ceramic particle filter and its preparation method.The honeycomb ceramic particle filter is composed of three sections of secondary particle filter,and the micropore diameter of the three sections of secondary particle filter is successively reduced,so that the three sections of secondary particle filter can successively filter the particle pollutants of different diameters in the tail gas,which can ensure that the micropore is not blocked quickly by the large particles on the premise of filtering the small particles.The particle filter has better filtration effect,longer cleaning cycle and longer service life.
