摘要
目的观察血栓通粉针与丹参川芎嗪注射液联合治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法 80例脑梗死患者,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用血栓通粉针与丹参川芎嗪注射液联合治疗。结果治疗组基本治愈率25.6%,总有效率94.4%;对照组基本治愈率11.7%,总有效率67.3%,两组比较有显著性差异。结论血栓通粉针与丹参川芎嗪注射液联合治疗脑梗死疗效显著,无明显不良反应。
Objective Xueshuantong powder injection and Danshen Ligustrazin injection in the treatment of cerebral infarct. Methods 80 patients with cerebral infarct were randomly divided into two groups,control group treated with conven- tional treatment, the treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy, plus use combination therapy that is Xueshuantong powder injection and Danshen Lignstrazin injection. Results The basic cure rate of treatment group is 25.6%, the total effective rate is 94.4%, the basic cure rate of control group is 11.7% ,with a total effective rate is 67.3 %. There is a significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion The effect of Xueshuantong powder injection combined with Danshen Ligustrazine injection in the treatment of cerebral infarct is signiflcant,no significant adverse reactions.
