摘要
高校是我国科研成果生产的重要基地,科研成果转化是高校与社会接轨的主渠道,对我国经济发展有着重要的积极作用。作为大学服务社会的重要途径,高校科研成果转化的重要性也是不言而喻的。我国每年都取得数以万计的科技成果,科研成果转化状况却不容乐观。据国家教育部的一份研究报告显示,高校每年的国家级科技成果达6 000余项,但真正实现有效转化与产业化的还不到1/10。我国科研成果转化率和转化速度远远低于发达国家,造成了有限科技资源的极大浪费,降低了对科技进步的贡献率。针对我国目前高校科研成果转化率低的现状,结合现代高校多学科并存,各专业同校的局面,提出了科研成果跨学科、跨专业合作推广的架构高校科研成果四位一体转化平台的构思。
Colleges and universities are important base for scientific research in China,technology transformation is a bridge between universities and society,which play an important role in economic development of China.As an important way to serve the community,the importance of technology transformation is self-evident.Tens of thousands of scientific and technological achievements are made in China every year,but the status of technology transformation is not optimistic.According to the National Ministry of Education,a study showed that the national scientific and technological achievements are more than 6,000 each year in university,but the effective transformation and industrialization is less than 1/10.China＇s technology transformation rate is far lower than developed countries, which resulted in a tremendous waste of limited scientific and technological resources,reducing the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress.For China＇s current low rate of technology transformation in university,combined with multi-disciplinary co-exist in modern colleges and universities and all kinds of professions in the same school,we put forward the construction of ＂four-in-one＂ technology transformation platform in university.
