摘要
本文是浙江省哲学社会科学"十五"规划重点课题"浙江省科技创新中介服务体系的研究和构建"研究成果的一部分。主要是在对浙江省科技创新源头评估的基础上,来分析研究浙江省科技创新转化机制及其效果。
This paper is the result of a part of the key program of Zhejiang planing philosophy and social science 'The research on intermediary service system of technological innovation in Zhejiang province ', at the same time, this paper analyses on technological innovation head and the technological innovation conversion mechanism and its result of technology in Zhejiang province.
