弹性髓内钉治疗儿童I型浮膝损伤
摘要
所谓“浮膝”是指股骨和胫骨同时骨折。而在儿童，“浮膝”是指同侧股骨干和胫骨干，或相邻的干骺端均骨折而分离导致整个膝关节呈浮动连枷状。浮膝损伤为一种高能量损伤，虽然在儿童中较为罕见，但随着交通事故的增加，该损伤发病有上升的趋势，在不同年龄患者治疗方法上存在较多争议。现就本院于2006年3月至2007年收治的7例儿童浮膝损伤，取得满意疗效。报道如下。
