摘要
为评价滁菊的整体性质和判别菊花种类,通过以丙二酸为耗散物的"BrO_3^--Ce^(4+)-H^+-丙二酸"振荡体系绘制滁菊电化学指纹图谱,并分析讨论其特征数据。结果表明:绘制滁菊电化学指纹图谱的最佳条件为:体系温度25℃,菊花用量为1.0g、粒度为60目;滁菊参与化学振荡反应在诱导期间的表观活化能为69.07kJ·mol^(-1),在振荡期间的表观活化能为56.57kJ·mol^(-1);相同振荡反应条件下,滁菊、杭白菊和黄山贡菊具有不同的特征振荡指纹信息,这些特征数据有利于判别菊花种类。因此。
To evaluate the global property of Chuzhou chrysanthemum morifofium and discriminate the species of chrysanthemum morifolium,electrochemical fingerprint of Chuzhou chrysanthemum morifolium was analyzed and discussed in " BrO3-Ce4+-H+- malonic acid" oscillation system using malonic acid as main dissipation substance. The results showed: The optimum conditions of drawing electrochemical fingerprint of Chuzhou chrysanthemum morifolium were obtained as that the temperature of oscillation system was 25%, the dosage of Chuzhou chrysanthemum morifolium was 1.0g which particle size was 60 mesh.The apparent activation energies of the oscillatory reactions of Chuzhou chrysanthemum morifolium during induction period and oscillation period was respectively 69.07kJ·mol^-1 and 56.57kJ·mol^-1.Under the same condition of drawing electrochemical fingerprint, Chuzhou chrysanthemum morifolium, Hangbai chrysanthemum morifolium and Huangshan chrysanthemum morifolium had different information. These characteristic data were beneficial to discriminate the species of chrysanthemum morifolium.Thus, electrochemical fingerprint was a better way to evaluate the global property of Chuzhou chrysanthemum morifolium and discriminate the species of chrysanthemum merifofium.
