摘要
眼球穿通伤是严重的致盲性眼病。随着社会经济的发展,人们从事各种生产活动增多,眼外伤的发生几率明显升高。由于眼球的结构精细,功能复杂,如果发生眼球穿通伤后得不到及时正确的救治,可能发生严重并发症,导致失明甚至眼球摘除。因此,眼球穿通伤后正确的急诊救治以及并发症的处理尤为重要。
Perforating injury of eyeball is an important cause of severe blindness.With development of economy and society,people are increasingly engaged in various kinds of activities,resulting in higher rates of eye injury.Because of fine structure and complicated function of eyeball,perforating injury will lead to severe complications without prompt treatment,worst of all,resulting in blindness or eyeball enucleation.So emergency treatment of perforating injury of eyeball and management of complications are very important.
