摘要 目的探讨TecnisZMA00非球面多焦点人工晶体的临床应用效果。方法选取来我院就诊的老年性白内障,按统一标准分为两组。其中研究组(MIOL组)为行白内障超声乳化摘除联合植入TecnisZMA00非球面多焦点人工晶体,共16例(19眼)。对照组为(SIOL组)植入TecnisZA9003非球面单焦点人工晶体,共16例(19眼),术后1天观察裸眼远、近视力,视野,色觉,术后1月观察裸眼远、近视力,矫正远、近视力,视野,色觉,问卷调查视觉质量及脱镜率。结果术后无严重并发症的情况下,两组患者裸眼远视力、矫正远视力、矫正近视力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),裸眼近视力MIOL组与SIOL组比较有明显优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MIOL组脱镜率高于SIOL组。结论多焦点人工晶体可以提供良好的近视力,提高脱镜率,从而保证了整体视觉质量的提高。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the Tecnis ZMA00 aspheric multifocal intraocular lens. Methods Selected patients of our hospital who had senile cataract,then divided patients into two groups according to the unified standards.Patients of two groups all used cataract extraction with phacoemulsification. The study group(MIOL)was implanted with TecnisZMA00 aspheric multifocal intraocular lens,a total of 16 cases(19 eyes). The control group(SIOL)was implanted with TecnisZA9003 aspherical single focus intraocular lens,a total of 16 cases(19 eyes). Near and far visual acuity of uncorrected eyes, visual field,color vision were observed post-operatively at day 1 and 30. Near and far visual of corrected eyes were observed post-operatively at day 30.Also,visual acuity and post-operatively satisfatory were evaluated by questionaries. Results There were no postoperative complications in two groups,all patiens had good distance visual acuity and corrected near acuity at 1 and 30 days postoperatively,but difference didn’t have statistical significance(P>0.05). Uncorrected near visual acuity in MIOL group was better than SIOL group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The MIOL group had less rate than SIOL group in using glasses. Conclusion Multifocal intraocular lens can provide better near visual acuity,higher removal rate of glasses, more improvement of the overall visual quality.
