摘要
对采摘机采摘臂的设计过程进行了分析,采用主流CAD软件Pro/Engineer对采摘臂进行三维实体建模;通过Pro/Mechanica对设计的采摘臂三维模型进行运动仿真分析,检验零部件之间是否干涉,得出采摘臂的运动轨迹以及其运动包络线;依据分析结果对采摘臂的结构尺寸进行优化设计以期获得合理的采摘臂三维模型,为该采摘臂的物理样机的实现提供了技术依据。
The 3-dimentional sold modeling of nut picking arm of nut plucking machine was built up by means of CAD software Pro/Engineer.With the Pro/Engineer,3-D motion simulation for the designed plucking arm was made,and we studied if there existed interference effects among its parts and obtained the motion trajectory and of motion envelope curves.According to the result of simulation and analysis,the structure size of the picking arm was designed and optimized in order to obtained a rational 3-dimentional model of picking arm,provided a technique basis for making a physical prototype of picking arm.
