摘要
螺杆转子是螺杆压缩机的核心部件,建立螺杆转子CAD/CAE集成系统,能够大大提高其设计开发效率和质量.本文分析了集成系统总体方案,采用Pro/Engineer开发工具Pro/Toolkit提供的函数实现了螺杆转子三维实体模型的参数化设计;通过VisualC++对ANSYS命令流APDL语言的封装和调用,实现了螺杆转子有限元分析命令流文件的自动生成.在主界面输入螺杆转子设计参数后,集成系统能够自动完成螺杆转子三维实体建模和结构有限元分析.
The screw rotor is a core component of screw compressor; its design efficiency and quality can be greatly improved by establishing its' CAD/CAE integrated system. This article presents an integrated system scheme, thus realizing its 3D parametric modeling by using the functions provided by Pro/Toolkit, a developing toolkit for Pro/Engineer. The command flow document for its finite element analysis is automatically generated by packaging and calling the APDL language of ANSYS on Visual C+ +. After inputting its design parameter, this developed integrated system can automatically conduct its 3D solid modeling and structural finiteelement analysis.
