摘要
以脂肪酰氧乙基磺酸钠、CAB-35、皂粒、脂肪酸为主要原料,确定了中性皂的一个优化配方,即70 g脂肪酰氧乙基磺酸钠,10 g皂粒,8 mL CAB-35,2 g十八酸,5 g十四酸,7 g十二酸,1 g羟乙基磺酸钠。与多芬牛奶皂相比,该配方的中性皂泡沫性能良好,pH值更接近人体皮肤;微观结构与多芬牛奶皂一致。
In the paper,we chose sodium acyl isethionate,CAB-35,fatty acid sodium,fatty acid as its principal material.We took one as our optimum choice,which is given 70 g sodium acyl isethionate,10 g fatty acid sodium,8 mL CAB-35,2 g stearic acid,5 g myristic acid,7 g lauric acid,and 1 g sodium isethionate as the optimum formula.Compared with the neutral soap of Dove milk,this formula has better foam properties and pH is more closer to the skin.The microstructure of this formula is consistent with Dove milk soap.
